Rosella is a bi-lingual Spanish and bi-cultural (Mexican-American) therapist with over 6 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. She enjoyed connecting with all variety of folks and finds value in the narrative of each and every person. Rosella believes it’s important to meet the individuals needs with the right amount of care, compassion, and empathy. Rosella utilizes a strategy of a strength-based approach by identifying the individuals strengths and collaborating on the best treatment plan to maximize treatment.

Clinically, Rosella approaches clients utilizing psycho-dynamic evidence based modalities such as: Child-Parent Psychotherapy (providing individual and dyadic/family therapy), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Family Centered Treatment. Along with these modalities, Rosella enjoys incorporating music, dance, and art as other treatments to support individuals through their therapeutic goals.
