TRAINEE

Hi! I’m Rachel and I will be working with One Life as a trainee/ school-based therapist this year. I’m in my final year of the Clinical Psychology program at NDNU, which has been such an enriching experience so far.

I grew up in Belmont and live in San Francisco with my husband and almost two-year-old daughter. I spent my twenties in NYC working in the restaurant industry and decided to move back to the Bay Area when my daughter arrived.

I like to spend my free time with friends and family, reading, getting outside and hiking, and swimming in the summer.
