Does it ever feel like there should be more to life? Do you find yourself wishing for it to take a positive turn? Life can be different and better than it is right now, though it’s never effortless to change at a deeper level. There are places we can go together that are hard to find on your own. However, there is a path, roadmap, and way to achieve your goals.
As a graduate of the Palo Alto University counseling program, I have worked with school children, parents, and family groups to understand and treat a variety of concerns- anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and social-emotional difficulties, to name a few. I have a passion for helping individuals navigate life transitions – such as relocation, parenthood, and career changes, and experience supporting cancer patients through the various stages of their treatment.
My approach to therapy is integrative. Humans have unique experiences, and since no two people are alike, there cannot be one therapeutic modality to fit them all. I love learning about how you came to be you – your past, inheritance, and culture. I offer warmth, empathy, and a safe space for our work and tailor my treatment plans accordingly, incorporating evidence-based methods to enhance treatment outcomes. I invite you to reach out and explore a new path for a better, more fulfilling life.
