My name is Matt and I am trained in EMDR and Brainspotting. I have experience working with adults, postpartum mothers, single parents, first responders, cancer survivors, caregivers, children, and youth: who are experiencing anxiety, trauma, PTSD, grief, and depression. Due to life's challenges, we learn and develop skills to cope with our struggles.
However, sometimes our coping techniques don’t work as well as they used to, causing us to feel stuck. I would be honored to listen to your story, look at those stuck points, and work together to help you thrive.
