I strive to bring an empathetic and warm presence to a co-created space between myself and my clients. You will be invited to tune into your intuition and express emotions to be the truest, most authentic version of yourself. My approach is a combination of talk-therapy and mindfulness which includes practices such as conscious breathing, sensory awareness, and guided meditations. These techniques aim to teach you to learn how to regulate your nervous system and explore the parts of yourself you wish to develop and grow.
I work with many different kinds of people experiencing a variety of issues including anxiety, personal development, self-discovery, life-transitions, addiction, anger, and psychosis. Therapy with me is a process of exploring the internal aspects of your history and current experience to find new and meaningful pieces that can be taken back and integrated into daily life. I am here to help you create a deeper connection with yourself through examining your own thought patterns, feelings, and dreams.
I am a licensed Marriage and Family therapist with a specialty in Depth Psychotherapy. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at University of California Santa Cruz, as well as a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from JFK University. Additionally, I am certified to facilitate Neurodynamic Breathwork which is a powerful modality for deep inner work and consciousness exploration.
