I am an attachment- and trauma-informed therapist who specializes in helping people who experience strong emotions feel safe in their bodies and relationships.

Together, we will learn from the impact of your personal and family experiences, while practicing trauma-informed strategies for feeling better in the present moment. For those who want to strengthen personal relationships, you are invited to involve your loved ones in therapy.

If you are a parent or caregiver who is worried about your teen, I am here to support you. I use a family approach to help teens who grapple with depression, suicidal thoughts, psychiatric hospitalizations, and unsafe behaviors.

As someone who embodies both privileged and oppressed identities, I practice constant self-reflection and strive to practice therapy in a way that affirms people of all genders, sexualities, physical abilities, religious beliefs, and ethnic/cultural backgrounds.

Things that fill my cup:
Being in nature—especially forests or mountainsides. Hot pot, chocolate lava cake, and salsa dancing with my toddler and spouse.

I obtained my B.A. in Psychology from the University of San Francisco and a Masters in Social Work from UC Berkeley.
