I am grateful to be given the opportunity to support clients in navigating complex issues and barriers. My passion for social justice, celebrating neurodivergence, and gender equality led me to pursue my journey to becoming a therapist.
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who graduated from the University of San Francisco in 2022 with an M.A. in Counseling Psychology. I completed my undergraduate education at the University of California, Santa Cruz and received a B.A. in psychology with a minor in sociology. In various professional capacities I have supported individuals with diverse backgrounds and mental health challenges ranging from depression and anxiety to PTSD. In practice I primarily utilize a relational framework, and incorporate mindfulness and art-based interventions. I strive to create a safe space for my clients in sessions to explore and identify unhealthy patterns and to develop and utilize the skills necessary to live a healthier, more fulfilling life.
