Welcome Everyone! As a clinician, my goal for my clients is to provide a safe and confidential space for you to process events and are free to be who you are. I believe that each client has individual strengths that they bring to the therapeutic space and as a clinician I want to utilize what makes you you to individualize your treatment.
I have my Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Notre Dame De Namur University and previously graduated from San Jose State University with a B.A. in psychology. I have spent the past 8 years serving the neurodivergent population and their families including working with the school system and client advocacy. I currently work with children and adolescents through school-based counseling using mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and play therapy techniques.
Within my counseling practice, my goal is to support you in developing an awareness and an understanding of your emotions, tolerate challenging emotions, and create a life worth living.
I believe that my clients are experts on themselves and I desire to meet you where you are and support you in creating your ideal life on your terms. My role is to empower you.
Some of the things that I like to do in my free time are reading fiction novels, traveling locally with my dog Snoopy, playing video games, and spending time with my loved ones.
