Hello and Welcome…

While life can be a wonderfully joyous thing, there are many times in which it becomes messy and uncomfortable. Stress, sadness, anger, and self-blame are all normal reactions to the discomfort we feel and a natural part of being human. Yet, sometimes, it can feel as though these emotions and reactions have become overwhelming to the point where our friendships, relationships, and quality of life are being affected.

My main priority as your therapist is to ensure you feel heard and understood. I know firsthand the vulnerability that comes with sharing intimate struggles, and I applaud you for showing up for yourself in this way! I approach my clients holistically—not as “problems to solve” but as humans with a rich history and complexity to them. I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and thus will work collaboratively with you to develop a plan of care that feels good for YOU. I have no agenda of my own other than to be your champion and ally throughout this process of growth and healing. I believe firmly in approaching my work with cultural humility, and I work with children, adults, and couples of any race, ethnicity, religion, gender, and sexual orientation.

I obtained my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University and am now an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor. I work with many modalities including Humanistic, Gestalt, CBT, Somatic, and Solution-Focused. Prior to embarking on a career in mental health, I was a professional actress in Los Angeles for five years. I know the unique struggles that come with pursuing a career in the creative arts, and am passionate about providing therapeutic support for other artists.

Please feel free to reach out with any questions, and I look forward to embarking on this journey together.
