Deborah Cadenasso
Deborah received her Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University. She worked at Edgewood Center in San Carlos and is currently working in the San Carlos school district supporting teachers and students. Her experience includes working with individuals, couples and families, providing counseling for crisis intervention/management, anger management, time management, PTSD, attachment issues, drug abuse, depression, anxiety and general mood and adjustment disorders.
Deborah combines her life experiences as a mother of four children and her training as a therapist to successfully connect to individuals, couples and families with a warm, empathic and nonjudgmental approach. She is quick to meet clients where they are at, understand what they are struggling with, and finds a way to help them through their anxiety, depression, anger, grief, feelings of helplessness, stress and parenting issues, and relationship and interpersonal struggles. Her strength-based approach empowers clients to navigate their issues and find their own solutions that will empower them in their lives, helping them to embrace the best version of themselves.
Deborah enjoys the outdoors, reading, the beach, spending time with her family and friends, and traveling.
