“I want you to get excited about who you are, what you are, what you have, and what can still be for you. I want to inspire you to see that you can go far beyond where you are right now.” - Virginia Satir

Hello and welcome, I want you to know that you are capable to control your life to creating your version of yourself, and I am here to tell you that you have so much courage to ask for emotional support from therapists such as myself. You are the one to guide us through your needs.

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee. I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in Counseling at Palo Alto University and plan to graduate by November 2020. My next goal is to become an Associate MFT which will get me closer to pursing my license. My interest becoming a counselor began when I volunteered at the crisis hotlines and I became more interested in how I am able to help individuals and families overcome obstacles. I have served individuals and families handling anxiety, trauma and issues within the family system. Being a part of the Latinx community allows me to communicate with clients and families in both English and Spanish. I have also led groups specifically for children who have recently emigrated to the United States who experiences distress due to the new lifestyle change.

Some things I enjoy doing are exercising, gardening my vegetables, and explore different naturalistic settings.
