Life is filled with inevitable challenges and it can be helpful to have someone by your side to offer perspective and support. I can work with you to uncover your strengths and equip you with tools to introduce more ease and fulfillment to your experience. I approach our work together from a place of curiosity, compassion, and non-judgment. Everybody deserves to feel seen and heard. My hope is that we bring you closer to the life you imagine for yourself.

My past clients have ranged from adolescents in a high school setting to in-home services with older adults. I have worked with people struggling with various issues such as anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, and grief. I have experience with individuals, families, and groups. Though I welcome clients with any background or identity, I am particularly interested in working with male-identified folks and the LGBTQ+ community.

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I graduated with a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the Wright Institute in Berkeley, CA. Before that, I worked in the technology industry where I honed my communication and empathic skills. I received my bachelor's degree in Psychology from UC Santa Cruz. I was born and raised in the Bay Area. Outside of One Life, I enjoy hiking, running, trivia, and catching up with the latest pop culture.
