I have worked with children, families, couples and individuals in all stages of life and through transitions and trauma. Specializing in Child, Parent, Psychotherapy (CPP), and Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT), Family Therapy, and Relationship Therapy. I belive that connection is the key to healing.
Originally from the East Coast I hold a Masters in Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelors in Psychology and Education from Mount Holyoke College.
I have 20+ years of professional experience include work in hospitals, schools (a certified teacher), legal settings, and agencies. In addition I have worked at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in Admissions. I also really enjoy being a Clinical Supervisor, guiding others into this amazing field of work.
I am an accomplished marathon runner, an active community volunteer and enjoy spending time with my family and dog.
