Pursuing therapy takes courage and conviction, and I’m so glad you’re here taking the first step towards living a more satisfying life.
It is within our relationship that healing occurs, and from the safety of that relationship we will work together to identify your treatment goals and tailor therapy to your needs.

I work with individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults of all ages, genders, and sexual orientations. Each phase of life presents unique challenges and opportunities for growth that we can explore from the safety of our relationship. I practice a warm, nonjudgmental approach to healing. I enjoy and have experience providing therapy for people seeking support with topics such as: life transitions, anxiety, trauma, depression, and grief. Grief and loss affects us all, whether through the death of a loved one, the loss of a job or relationship, or the loss of the life we envisioned for ourselves.

If you’re ready to explore therapy and take the next step towards living a more satisfying life, I’d love to hear from you!

Background and Education:
I have two years of experience providing therapy services, and I have worked in hospice and community based settings. I completed my masters in social work at the University of Southern California with a focus on mental health and wellness after completing my undergraduate degree at Stanford University.
