Humans are story-telling beings. Each of us is deeply influenced by the stories we hear and the stories we tell, especially the ones about ourselves. I approach therapy with a narrative lens and view our time together as a space in which we can explore, deconstruct, and recreate the stories that matter to you most—whether those are stories about who you are, what has happened in your life, or where you want to go next.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee, I’m committed to journeying with you and creating a space in which you’re invited to be and become your full and true self. I take a person-centered approach in working with clients and often integrate tools like the Enneagram of Personality, Internal Family Systems, and mindfulness exercises.
I’m currently enrolled in the Community Mental Health program at the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, where I’m earning a Master’s in Counseling Psychology. I’m passionate about fostering holistic well-being and have earned certifications in spiritual direction, yoga, and meditation facilitation. I also hold an MFA in creative non-fiction writing from St. Mary’s College of California. In addition to working with clients, I enjoy experiencing new places and people, experimenting in the kitchen, and writing letters to my teenage niece.
