Referral Coordinator

Positions Summary

The Referral Coordinator is the first point of contact into One Life for a client. The Referral Coordinator is responsible for assessing and placing all referrals that call or email One Life for counseling or therapy. He/she/they consults with the Associate Clinical Director, and other clinical staff as needed.
The Referral Coordinator will evaluate the client’s needs and match them with an appropriate therapist. The Referral Coordinator will have a key understanding of insurance needs and all the staff to make skilled referrals internally or externally. The Referral Coordinator position is a part time position for 20 hours a week, working in the office, and will report directly to the Clinical Director.
